New York State Family History Conference 2020

The client, a board member of a scientific group, reached out to us needing assistance with an upcoming multi-day virtual conference for PAID attendees. We had several meetings to discuss what was possible, the technical and aesthetic structure of the event, and how all parties (speakers and attendees) will experience the event.

We then designed all the graphics / overlays that were used with the conference, which accounted for the various types of displays the client wanted to exhibit to the audience. We had meetings with all the speakers to make sure their tech was in good order for the event.

Our staff ran the entire 3 day event from a "control room" in New York City. The event was delivered very smoothly for the audience. We did have some portions that were also broadcasted to social media (facebook live) for the sake of promotion. Client was very happy with the end result. We are already discussing our next virtual conference.
